Orders & Delivery

1. Where do we ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore. For deliveries to certain areas (e.g. Sentosa, Hotels), additional surcharges will be incurred. 

We are looking into expanding to offer international delivery, so stay tuned!

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery of my order? 

Orders will be returned to us after 3 failed delivery attempts. The rearrangement of delivery is subjected to payment of additional delivery charges. 

4. Can I change my delivery information? 

Please contact us at lorvis.co@gmail.com as soon as you would like any changes to be made and our team will do its best to help. Kindly note that shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, and if your order has been picked up by the courier before the request is made, additional charges may be incurred on the delivery of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I return or exchange my product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In any event you are not happy with your product, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return or exchange your item.

2. Are there an exceptions to your return and exchange policy? 

We do not accept returns, exchanges and/or refunds for the items purchased on or during any sale.

Product Information

1. How can I purchase Lorvis Co. products?

You can purchase directly from our online store. Simply browse through our collection, select the colour you prefer, and add it to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

2. What if the item I would like to purchase is out of stock? 

Join the waitlist and we will inform you once the product has been restocked. Alternatively, you may reach out to lorvis.co@gmail.com and the team will see how we can help!
